Q1: How do I reprint a claim form?
You will need to contact the state / province to reprint a claim form. Submitting a duplicate claim may slow down the process.
Q2: How do I find the status of my claim?
Contact the State / Province to check the status of a claim. Claims can take 4 - 6 weeks, we do not have any information and you must contact the state / province.
Q3: I can no longer find my name on the website
Several states and provinces remove properties when a claim is initiated. If they do not receive the claim form or it is rejected the property will be relisted later.
